A falsifiable claim states what evidence could show it wrong. Steel-manning presents the strongest credible form of an opposing argument before evaluating it. This lesson treats five critique families independently: security budget, energy and environmental cost, privacy and surveillance, governance and change control, and ownership distribution and access. Each mixes empirical measurements, value judgments, counterfactuals, and uncertain forecasts that must be separated.
