AP

Unspent transaction output: one discrete chunk of bitcoin that can be used as a transaction input.
Spread
The gap between executable buy and sell prices in a market.
ETF
Exchange-traded fund: a regulated investment vehicle whose shares trade on a securities exchange.

A spot Bitcoin exchange-traded product holds or references bitcoin while investors trade shares through securities markets. A custodian controls underlying keys. Authorized participants, or APs, create and redeem large share baskets under the product rules. Net asset value, or NAV, measures per-share underlying value, while market price can trade at a premium or discount.
